Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6). The legal bases for processing personal data include your consent, our legitimate interest in providing and improving the Apps and related services, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

4. Payment Processing

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not have access to or store your credit card or payment information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited non-personal data with service providers (AdMob, Adapty, Singular, AppsFlyer, Firebase) solely to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data.
• Request correction or deletion of personal information.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Opt out of data sale or targeted advertising (for California residents).

8. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no online service is completely secure. Users are encouraged to use secure devices and connections.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in Cyprus or other countries where our partners operate. We ensure all transfers comply with GDPR requirements through contractual safeguards and adequate protection measures.

All international data transfers are conducted under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized safeguards to ensure adequate protection of your information.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are designed for general audiences and are not directed toward children under the minimum age required to use digital services in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under 13 years of age in the United States, or under 16 within the European Economic Area and other regions where stricter age limits apply.

Some of our Apps may carry different age ratings (for example, 8+ or 16+) as displayed on the App Store or Google Play. These ratings indicate the intended audience for gameplay and content, but they do not change the data-collection limitations described in this Policy.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor in violation of applicable law, we will promptly delete it. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at partylab.app@gmail.com to request removal.

12. Email Marketing and Push Notifications

We may send optional newsletters or push notifications. You may unsubscribe or disable these features at any time through your device or app settings.

13. Links to Other Services

Our Apps may include links to third-party websites or ads. We are not responsible for their content or data practices. Please review their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on https://www.mindsharkgames.app/privacy with a new “Effective Date”. Continued use of our Apps constitutes acceptance of changes.
