1. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for
personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or
modify the Apps; (b) bypass security or access controls; (c) use the Apps for unlawful purposes; (d)
upload malware or interfere with service integrity.

2. Accounts and Usernames

Some Apps allow you to create an in-game username or profile. You are responsible for the
accuracy of information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your device or platform
account.

3. In-app Purchases and Subscriptions

The Apps may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple App
Store or Google Play. Charges occur to your platform account. Subscriptions renew automatically
unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for
renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your platform Account
Settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless
canceled. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a
subscription.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Virtual Items

Any virtual items or currencies have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked,
modified, or discontinued at any time. We may adjust game balance or content without liability.

6. User Content and Conduct

If an App allows content (for example, usernames, chat, avatars), you warrant your content
complies with law and does not infringe rights, contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal material.
We may remove content or restrict access to keep the community safe.

7. Third-Party Services

The Apps may integrate third-party services (for example, analytics, ads, purchase validation). Your
use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Our Apps may display third-party advertisements. Such ad networks may collect or process non-personal data (for example, advertising identifiers or device type) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

8. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates or modify the Apps. We do not guarantee continuous availability. We may
suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE
APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDSHARK GAMES SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

11. Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age required to use digital services in your country of residence.
Some Apps may have different content ratings (for example, 8+ or 16+) displayed on the Apple App
Store or Google Play. Where parental consent is required under applicable law, a parent or legal
guardian must review and accept these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or to protect
users, our rights, or service integrity. You may stop using the Apps at any time.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules. Courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection
rules in your country provide otherwise.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted in the Apps or at our website.
Continuing to use the Apps means you accept the updated Terms.
